ClassPicker is an online advertising platform. We provide digital services for tutors to publish their advertisements. Please note that there is no shipping of physical products involved in our services.
Tutor Advertisement Fees
Fees paid for premium listings, top-ups, or advertisements are generally non-refundable once the advertisement is live on the platform.
If a technical error occurs during payment, resulting in a duplicate charge, please contact us at contact@classpicker.com within 3 days of the transaction for a refund of the duplicate amount.
Nature of Service
As an advertisement platform, we do not guarantee a specific number of student inquiries. Refunds will not be issued based on the performance or reach of an advertisement once it has been published according to our standards.
